As a Delivery Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for producing the most memorable moment in any Tesla owner's life…the delivery of their new car.

Specialists bring personalisation to the car buying experience by helping the customer prepare for delivery, allowing customers to take delivery in their home state, providing a walkthrough of vehicle features and systems and most importantly leaving them with the 'Tesla smile.' The role may require travel across the market, sometimes on short notice, and may require extended trips; a get-it-done mentality for all of the situations is expected.

Responsibilities

· Represent the Tesla brand with a commitment to deliver an innovative and exciting ownership experience.

· Help the customer prepare for the delivery of their vehicle by guiding them through production and delivery timing, registration, financing, invoicing, trade-in along with relative state and local sales forms and processes.

· Manage customer and operations interactions as defined by the Tesla Delivery Program.

· Effectively schedule both customer appointments and your own time in order to support the assigned market.

· Work closely with Delivery Operations, Service, Sales and Logistics to coordinate customer deliveries.

· Monitor and manage pipeline flow and customer appointments to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process.

· Be an expert knowledgebase in the local registration processes for your assigned states and territories.

· Perform required paperwork preparation prior to delivery.

· When required, travel to the delivery location in order to provide in-person delivery and handover to Tesla standards.

· Develop an in-depth knowledge of vehicle drive systems and features and be able to relay this information the customer.

· Be able to work in a highly efficient manner without direct supervision.

· Maintain precise financial records.

· Maintain our CRM database to ensure accurate and timely information is available to management.

Desired profile

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

· At least one year of customer facing experience.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Self-starter who takes initiative, goal-oriented and highly motivated.

· Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independently.

· Able to build and maintain strong working relationships across several business units.

· Must hold a full Australian Driver Licence with an excellent and safe driving history which must be maintained.
