RESPONSIBILITIES:
The purpose of this position is to coordinate Purchase Order receipts and activities for new and rework material and equipment. This role maintains continuous flow of material and executes proper production protection practices.

·  Work independently on assignments involving more varied and complex issues with direct supervision.
·  Interpret and apply relevant policies and guidelines.
·  Follow processes that create value for Subsea Services and ultimately the customer.
·  Effectively collaborates with other departments.
·  Daily collaboration with individuals from all functional areas of Subsea Services.
·  Ensures cooperation and interaction across diverse stakeholders both internal and external to the organization, often managing conflicting interests and/or demanding customers and suppliers.


MAIN TASKS:
·  Loads and unloads trucks according to established safety and operating procedures.
·  Moves material within the warehouse, production floor or outside storage facility to and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors or other material handling equipment.
·  Counts and/or weighs and records or enters numbers of units of materials moved or handled on daily labor and production records.
·  Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, product or other containers.
·  Assists in material handling functions in warehouse and other areas of the facility.
·  Organizes and distributes receiving paperwork for processing.
·  Performs required SAP transactions relevant to purchase order processing
·  Stacks or assembles materials and bands material when appropriate via a banding machine.
·  Practices good housekeeping in assigned area and properly disposes of waste according to safety and environmental policies.
·  Promptly reports any operational problems or safety issues with machinery, tools or equipment to Team Leader.

REQUIREMENTS:
·  High school diploma or equivalent required.
·  Typically, 2+ years of related industry experience.
·  Experience operating various types/styles of material handling equipment.
·  Oilfield industry experience preferred.
·  Knowledge and proficiency in basic PC operation, including Microsoft Office.
·  Proven problem-solving ability.
·  Ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties.
·  Accuracy and attention to detail important.
·  Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is important.
·  Ability to read and understand drawings.
·  Basic written and verbal communication skills in English are important.
·  Ability to work in a team-oriented environment is important.
·  Ability to receive constructive feedback and coaching, and respond appropriately.
·  Understanding and communication within diverse cultural environments is important.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Warehouse, receiving, NRB, workshop, indoor and outdoor storage yard. Employee is exposed to normal/high shop noise, extreme temperatures from working both inside and outside.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Some physical lifting of material is required (usually under 50 pounds). Climbing onto the larger forklifts and some trucks to ensure safe unloads of large equipment is necessary.Stands, walks and bends 100% of time. Use material handling equipment for lifting of material over 50 pounds.
