Will you share our vision as our new: “Technical Safety & Reliability (TS&R) Engineer”?
The TS&R engineer will fulfil a role within the Technical Safety & Reliability function, responsible for supporting and guiding the identification, development, and implementation of technical safety & reliability scope in tenders, FEED, project execution and general product support.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Main accountabilities
- Provide input to FEED, tenders and projects concerning the choice of technical solutions in compliance with safety and reliability requirements
- Establish, execute and follow up the Engineering Safety and Reliability program for projects, including SIL verification wok, FMECA, RAM, HAZOP, HAZID, etc.
- SIL verification and certification of safety instrumented systems in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511.
- System reviews and analyses to assess technical safety and reliability
- Clarifications with customer in the area of technical safety and reliability
- Follow up product development and improvements to ensure compliance with safety and reliability requirements
- Analyzing reliability data for products with the use of statistical methods and to use this as platform for product and system improvements
Profile requirements:
Main requirements
- MSc, BEng or equivalent
- Experience within reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) analyses
- Experience with Safety integrity level (SIL) verifications in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511
- Knowledge of production availability analyses (in accordance with ISO 20815)
- Good skills in English language, both written and verbal
- Capable of leading teams
Additional requirements (as an advantage)
- Subsea oil, gas and process industry experience
- Be able to facilitate HAZOP and FMECA assessments
- Knowledge in MAROS, Fault Tree software Project experience
