Descriptif détaillé de la mission :

The Trainee Compliance Officer assists the Ethics & Compliance team made of a Regional Compliance Officer, two Legal Counsels and Compliance Officers, in implementing the Compliance Program, promoting and evaluating compliance issues within TechnipFMC Region EMIA (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa).

In particular, the Trainee Compliance Officer assists the Ethics & Compliance team in ensuring the application of the Ethics Charter and the implementation and enforcement of the ethics program and of the applicable anti-corruption and business compliance policies (the “Compliance Program”), with a view to prevent and detect violations of law and other misconduct and to promote ethical practices and more generally, executes such other functions related to the Compliance Program as are delegated by the members of the Compliance team.

The candidate maintains a high degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust. Demonstrates sound business judgment.

Strives to develop partnerships, teamwork and good working relationships. Understand the complexities of a large international organization.

Maintains strong writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures, reports and memorandums. Executes various researches (rules, laws, case law, watches) and produces summaries, participates to due diligences.

Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, practical learning skills, enthusiasm and an ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
