Positions Objective

• Provide support to Controller by performing various financial and business analysis thru the interaction with multiple teams.
·  Support Controller in maintaining and promoting Internal Control in location

Main Tasks

·  Prepares monthly forecasts and yearly budgets in conjunction with other departments.
·  Tracks actual against forecast and budget and pursues locations for explanation on variances (Income Statement and Working Capital).
·  Prepares monthly figures for business performance.
·  Monthly review/follow up of business trend with every responsible.
·  Review financial figures in quotes or new business.
·  Prepares/reviews and analyses of Capital Expenditure. Track actual against forecast .
·  Develops any direct reports (financial analysts) as needed.
·  Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.
·  Monthly and quarterly reports to corporate.
·  Evaluate, review and follow up on internal control environment.
·  Support controller for internal and Non Sox audit planning, execution and follow up.


Requirements

·  Education

Graduated in Accounting and/or Finance. MBA recommended


·  Knowledge
Advanced English
Microsoft Excel Advance
Power Point Advance
SAP finance experience
Sox and internal control
Account Reconciliation
Budgeting and forecasting.

·  Skills
Demonstrated experience in corporate accounting practices and finance.
Strong knowledge in internal control.
Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with multidisciplinary teams.
