RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Scheduler will utilize a competency matrix and call list to ensure the correct personnel is dispatched to completer the customer request. The Scheduler will maintain the on call list as well as provide utilization reports to management. The Scheduler is responsible for creating the job packet for the technicians assigned to the job and briefs the assigned technicians on the scope of the job and requirements, this will also include the post job inspection of all job packets. The Scheduler also ensures that technicians have the necessary training, qualifications, tools and equipment to successfully execute the job. Additional duties include preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling, collection of data related to service execution and compilation of reports for management and customers. In addition to their primary duties, they are responsible for performing Service Technician assessments in the field and perform service jobs when required due to excess workload. Scheduler will be responsible for all service tooling calibrations.

MAIN TASKS:

Surface Wellhead:
Ā·  May be occasionally required to perform service jobs to cover excess workload
Ā·  Prepare service call-out documentation and assist Service Technicians with job load out, to ensure ZD service execution
Ā·  Compile monthly performance reports for distribution to management and customers
Ā·  Participates in continuous improvement of the processes and methods to reduce service errors, improve quality, increase on time delivery, and eliminate duplication of effort.
Ā·  Verifying Staged Equipment
Ā·  Maintaining Utilization Reports
Ā·  Maintaining Call List
Ā·  Verifying Staged Equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

Ā·  High school diploma or GED
Ā·  1-3 years work-related experience and 1-3 years' Supervisory experience
Ā·  Valid driver's license and must maintain satisfactory MVR in accordance with the FMCSR's and Company Fleet Policy
Ā·  Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
Ā·  PC Skills with functional knowledge of MS Office products.
Ā·  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ā·  Strong problem solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to optimize limited resources.
Ā·  Must be able to facilitate a team environment with mutual goals and objectives.
Ā·  Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ā·  Ability to interface with outside customers in a professional manner
Ā·  Mechanical Principles and Hydraulic understanding

Preferred:
Ā·  Vocational or technical training
Ā·  Associate's degree, vocational or technical school degree
Ā·  Bachelor's degree


WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor weather conditions including cold, hot, wet, and humid conditions. Requires working near moving mechanical parts. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals. Minimal risk of electric shock. Moderate to very loud noise levels. May require working with explosives (Wireline positions only). Appropriate PPE is provided and required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standing; Walking; Ability to talk and hear; Use of arms and hands to reach, manipulate with fingers, handle, feel and/or lift no more than 50lbs; Ability to climb, balance, stoop, crouch, crawl; Ability to see close distance, long distance, identify and distinguish colors, observe and area that can be seen up and down or left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point (peripheral), judge distances and spatial relationships, three-dimensional vision (depth perceptions), ability to adjust and focus. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
