Rotational Planner

The TechnipFMC Development Program is a multi-year long development program that provides entry level professionals with direct experience in several different TechnipFMC job roles. This program exposes a graduate new to the company to different product lines, job functions and business processes within our organization. The Development Program consists of multiple planning job related rotations. Each of the rotations could consist of planning, scheduling, production control and project management aspects. The program will work with the graduate to develop interpersonal and professional skills to build towards the future career needs. Once the rotation program has successfully been completed, the graduate and the program management team will evaluate where the employee will be placed into the organization that is both fit for the employee and the current business needs.


Job description
Ā·  Executes planning strategies for assigned department, to ensure that quality, cost effectiveness and schedules are maintained
Ā·  Participates in defining and executing strategies and activities to mitigate risk
Ā·  Makes sure all the information necessary for projects are available in a timely manner
Ā·  Supports and conducts all activities within planning department
Ā·  Prepares all required documents in due time and owns first pass/first yield
Ā·  Interfaces with all required personnel to ensure project schedules are maintained
You are meant for this job if
Ā·  Bachelor degree programs with the following disciplines: Construction Management, Business
Ā·  Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering, Quality or relevant discipline
Ā·  3.0/4.0 GPA minimum.
Ā·  Previous planning related internships and experience are a plus.
