Company Summary

TechnipFMC is a global oil and gas leader, specialized in subsea, onshore, offshore, and surface technologies. Our mission: to enhance the performance of world's energy industry. How we do it: by constantly challenging conventions and investing in our 37 000+ employees, across 48 countries. At TechnipFMC, we aim to offer an inspiring working experience: tackling some of the most complex technical and engineering challenges in the world in collaboration with a truly global team.

Rotational Engineer

The TechnipFMC Engineer Development Program is a multi-year long technical development program that provides entry level engineers with direct experience in several different TechnipFMC engineering job roles and engineering departments. This program exposes the new engineer to different product lines, job functions and business processes within our organization. The Engineer Development Program consists of three 6-8-month engineering job rotations. Each of the three 6-8-month rotations typically consist of a product line group, technology group, installation (SPS or SURF) group or the subsea services group. Other 6-8-month rotations can consist of commercial groups, supplier quality group, manufacturing engineering or project engineering management. The program also consists of a hands on role supporting the various manufacturing shops. The program will work with the Rotational Engineer to develop interpersonal and professional skills to build towards the future of the engineer. Once the rotation program has successfully been completed, the engineer and the program management team will evaluate where the engineer will be placed into the organization that is both fit for the engineer and meets business needs.
