Rotating equipements Specialist Engineer (M/F)

Location : Lyon

Assignments :

You will functionally report to the Head of Equipment Department and as a specialist, you will participate to projects in the petrochemicals, chemicals, life sciences and industry fields from the design phase to the commissioning on site going through the detailed engineering, acceptance tests and construction monitoring.

You will work among multi-disciplinary teams. You will operationally report to the Rotating Machines / Package Manager.

You will be in charge of:
·  prepare the technical data sheets, and equipment requisitions
·  review, adapt and compare the suppliers bids
·  organize and lead technical clarification meetings with suppliers
·  monitor the technical follow-up of supplier orders, drawings and documents
·  lead the coordination and review meetings of supplier documents
·  collect data for the feed-back
·  assist the beginner specialist in his/her project activities
·  report to the project manager.

Profile :

A graduate Engineer specialized in mechanical engineering, you can prove a 3 year minimum experience in rotating machines in the engineering field or at a manufacturer's. A knowledge in API codes would be an advantage. You have a good command of office IT tools. Dynamic and motivated, you are fluent in English and you are mobile for short periods of time in France and abroad.
