RESPONSIBILITIES:
ยท  Provide direct support to the field organization for the implementation of the TechnipFMC Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the processes conform to TechnipFMC, customer, API (Q1, Q2, 6A, 17D), ABSA, BSEE, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements;
ยท  This position is a solid independent contributor able to completely work independently on the assignments involving more varied and complex issues without direct supervision as required;
ยท  This level position is expected to be able to problem solve and make modifications to dynamic processes as required to complete assigned tasks and meet assigned goals and objectives.
ยท  This position has some team responsibilities that are frequently required in this role;
ยท  It is necessary for someone in this role to be able to do the work and effectively teach what they know to other TechnipFMC employees with a demonstrated ability to transfer subject matter expertise and understanding to other employees and/or customers is required.
Main Tasks
ยท  Support the creation and monitoring of Service Quality Plans for the TechnipFMC Business/Service Lines. Presentation of the SQP to the TechnipFMC customers;
ยท  SME for Incident investigation and SAP record management for Service/Quality Notifications; effectively deploy problem management tools to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
ยท  Identify and lead quality improvement projects that focus on error prevention and right-first-time output
ยท  Internal Lead Auditor for TechnipFMC QMS;
ยท  Perform internal audits as per the TechnipFMC audit schedule provided by the QMS team;
ยท  Perform gap analysis on the QMS processes against written procedures;
ยท  Collect Quality KPIs and Metrics for monthly Quality meetings;
ยท  Provide support for Tech Alerts;
ยท  Prepare response for audit nonconformance for external certification audits;
ยท  Provide required Quality training to service execution employees;
REQUIREMENTS:
ยท  High School/GED required. BS Degree preferred;
ยท  3-5 years' experience in Quality Assurance or related field;
ยท  Good PC Skills with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software;
ยท  Good organizational skills with attention to detail;
ยท  Working knowledge of process improvement and problem-solving techniques like Lean, Six sigma, and structured root cause analysis process etc.
ยท  Good written and oral communication skills demonstrating the ability to converse with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
ยท  Spends 70% of time in office environment which includes some customer visits and travel to the Operations sites within the region. Spends 30% of time in field.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Frequent sitting, operating computer and telephone/mobile device.Occasional lifting of loads, up to 15 lbs (7 kg)required while performing audits and assessments in the field. Travel to TechnipFMC facilities and field locations requiring the use of personal protective equipment and driving vehicles.
