The Job:

Method Engineer with the state-of-the-art Flexible Pipe Manufacturing Company

We are looking for an experienced Method Engineer with strong technical background, who can join our manufacturing plant, located in Tanjung Langsat, Johor, Malaysia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a group of dynamic and talented people and use your creativity to solve complex challenges.

Your responsibilities:

·  Prepare and follow the commercial projects technical files and identify technical risks on every project,
·  Establish the production scenarios,
·  Anticipate the tooling set necessary for production: design, quantity necessary, purchase,
·  Write the technical ranges and permanent or specific instructions (used by manufacturing department),
·  Follow the manufacturing within the plant for specific or difficult productions,
·  Participate to the working group when difficulties occur,
·  Improve the tools design rules (lessons learnt after each project), improve the ranges format and the methods rules,
·  Analyse the technical difficulty of prospect projects,
·  Promote communication and dialogue with other TechnipFMC manufacturing plant,

You are meant for this job if you are:

·  Minimum Bachelor Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
·  Having at least 3 years of relevant working experiences
·  Passionate about continuously to raise standards
