Introduction to the Job

Master Data Management (MDM) is building One TechnipFMC language ,making available a common vocabulary ,reinforcing the harmonization and sharing of information though the Group, strongly encouraging alignment between GBUs, entities and business functions.

MDM provides a trustworthy single source of TechnipFMC's official reference data such as Clients, Projects, Suppliers, Entities, Assets, Codifications, Persons ā€¦ The goal is tocentralize all data in one easy ā€œsearch and navigateā€ system containing the most accurate information available to everyone worldwide in real-time.

Job description
Ā·  The main objectives of the MDM Support Administrator areto:
Ā·  Build a strong relationship with the users and MDM community through the support activity
Ā· 
Manage tickets & incidents (application, data) and ensure comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date

Ā· 
Provide relevant activity and quality indicators

Ā· 
Provide documentation on the current application, coordinate and anticipate the new releases

Ā· 

The main objectives of the MDM Support Administrator areto:

Ā· 
Build a strong relationship with the users and MDM community through the support activity

Ā· 
Manage tickets & incidents (application, data) and ensure comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date

Ā· 
Provide relevant activity and quality indicators

Ā· 
Provide documentation on the current application, coordinate and anticipate the new releases

Developing reports for teams across the business

As part of the MDM Core Team, the main responsibilities are to support MDM for the following aspects:

Ā· 
User Support (Access Request management, Incident management)

Ā· 
Functional Administration (Release note management, testing, maintenance coordination)

Ā· 
Data Quality (Third Party change request, Master Data request, KPIs)

Ā· 

Change Management (communication on Yammer, training, animation of MDM administrator communities,Developing reports for teams across the business

As part of the MDM Core Team, the main responsibilities are to support MDM for the following aspects:

User Support (Access Request management, Incident management)

You are meant for this job if
Ā·  Change Management facilitation and ability to guide and influence acceptance of new processes and use of technology
Ā·  Knowledge of Orchestra Networks EBX solution or similar technology
Ā·  Knowledge of TechnipFMC business activities and organization
Ā·  Knowledge of international intercultural communication practices

Work experience: +3 years

Minimum education level:Bachelor's degree
