Scope presentation:

Within the Global Business Services (GBS), internal department of shared services covering mainly finance and HR services, the intern will work closely with several teams including the GBS center of India (200+ headcounts entity), the IT Group and many internal clients across the Group (USA, Europe, Middle-East and Asia).

Integrated in the GBS team of Paris, the intern will report directly to the Quality and Performance Measurement Manager.

The objectives of the internship is to contribute to the following topics:

·The design of dashboards allowing the monitoring of the various processes covered by GBS with defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) by using the latest technologies of data management including the use of PowerBI solution linked to structured data cubes.

·The design of ad-hoc reporting for the GSB management

·The periodic review of the dashboards

·The definition and implementation of procedures for dashboards publishing

·The continuing improvement of dashboards and reporting.

Profile :

You are student in Master 1 or 2 in Business Schools or Engineering Schools or at Dauphine University or equivalent.

You like analyzing data with a statistical approach and you have an analytical and synthetic mindset.

Autonomous, proactive, dynamic, you have a good relationship and you speak English fluently to join an international organization.

Good practice of the office pack (particularly Excel pivot tables).
