REPORTING LINES AND INTERACTIONS
ยท Hierarchically reports to : Section Manager

TYPICAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ยท Current college/university bachelors or degree in the related field is preferred (Finance/Accounts/Human Resource Management, Business, Organizational Behavior, and/or Communications).
ยท Effective time management with the ability to multitask.
ยท Detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic.
ยท Ability to document and maintain accurate records.
ยท Efficient with Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Excel and Access, Email.
ยท Ability to handle highly confidential information.
ยท Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
ยท The successful candidates will be based in Menara Technip, Kuala Lumpur
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Finance/Accounts Intern
ยท Verifying forex deals bank confirmation
ยท Forex trade deals data input to Treasury software
ยท Uploading weekly accounts payable information to Treasury software
ยท Systematic filling for bank statements and related documents
ยท Compiling internal bank debit notes for accounts payable processing
ยท Compiling monthly Cash and Debt report from Treasury software
ยท Preparation of credit worthiness checks for suppliers and clients
ยท Updating bank guarantee/letter of credit records for internal tracking
ยท Systematic filling for bank guarantee/letter of credit and related documents
HR/Business Intern
ยท Coordinate preparation, facilities Talent Management, Recruitment and L&D programs.
ยท Learn to know how to navigate Talent Management, Recruitment and L&D systems to assist and direct internal customers accordingly.
ยท Providing all aspects of administrative support to the team.
ยท Runs reports on Talent Management, Recruitment and L&D project and inputs/updates data as required.
ยท Maintains filing.
