RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help to meet all reporting requirements each month in compliance with TechnipFMC financial standards, US GAAP and all internal control requirements

Help coordinating the work of the business units’ controllers and other finance team members: ensure they have the proper level of information and the proper understanding of the request to deliver on time accurate information. Particularly, inform and remind regarding deadlines and develop planning.

Assist the FP&A Manager with month-end/quarter-end financial reporting including:

·  Prepare and submit month-end results to managers
·  Manage data entered into the Financial Reporting System and review for accuracy
·  Review results and trends and provide explanations to management regarding drivers
·  Assemble data as needed for the Monthly Performance Review with segment and the management team
·  Assist in preparing quarterly requirements to submit to segment and external auditors
·  Follow up with the finance team to fulfill additional ad-hoc reporting requests
·  Prepare and maintain monthly files for internal use
·  Always challenge the accuracy of figures in identifying the economic truth sustaining a figure: “what makes sense and why”, “what is improbable and why”. Reconcile, cross data, double check.
·  Help to identify adverse trends and take part in the definition of actions plan to fix issues.

Provide support during the annual budget review including:

·  Gather information from the business units and consolidate the financials
·  Ensure accuracy of reporting and provide detailed justification for main drivers
·  Follow up on requests from management and work with Controllers to provide necessary detail
·  Perform budget revisions and prepare budget presentation for segment and managers
·  Develop analytics to reflect changes in the business to meet management requests and/or segment requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
·  2 to 5 years professional experience in finance or accounting
·  Manufacturing experience preferred
·  Analytical and strong communication skills a must
·  PC skills are required, particularly Excel , SAP experience a plus
·  International and Process Improvement exposure is an advantage
