Expeditor/Inspector

Our market is picking up, and we want to bring new people into our Team in Kraków - are you the one we are looking for? Do you enjoy traveling, working in a busy environment, taking the lead and playing an important role in assuring flawless supply? As Expeditor/Inspector you will support our procurement execution team within TechnpFMC's (FTI) Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·Expedite the daily, weekly and monthly progress report and sub-order status timely

·Verification if Supplier's or Sub-Supplier's following schedule strictly, and cooperation with the technical section specialist to ensure any possible recovery in case of delay.

·Expediting the first issued documentation & drawings from Suppliers per the Material Requisition.

·Preparation and working of any particular forms and technical specifications required, as well as the coordination of any Third Party Inspection Authority to be involved in the shop inspection activities.

·Contribution to suppliers' performance evaluation

·Highlighting any potential critical path/event that might cause a shifting of delivery date, requesting to the Supplier the implementation of adequate corrective actions and ensuring the necessary follow up of the actions settled

·Visit the Suppliers and issues an expediting report, notifying any needs or clarifications required by Suppliers.

·Implement Surveillance in accordance to Inspection Test Plan

·Perform First Article Inspection

·Work with Supplier to identify technical solutions to meet Technical Specification

·Identifies and develops solutions for complex problems through the application of proven and/or new technologies and techniques.

·Cooperates with Sourcing Leads and Supplier Quality Engineers to improve safety, quality and delivery performance

REQUIREMENTS

·Undergraduate or Masters level degree in Engineering

·Understanding production process for the parts in order to track the parts well

·Thecandidate is able to understand SAP system and order system in order to download the order from the system

·Required to interpret job requirements and coordinate equipment needed

·Ability to troubleshoot a problem, obstacle, or opportunity and take action which addresses current and/or future problems or opportunities

·Works under limited supervision. Supervisor provides suggestions for handling unusual or non-recurring transactions

·Readiness to travel (mainly Europe) 50-70% of time

·Fluent English & Polish
