Design Engineer

As a Design Engineer you will join Well Control Engineering Department which is responsible for execution of engineering design for subsea oil & gas industry. We are responsible for designing machinery and on time delivery of our designs to the Customer. We provide support for various areas: offshore including subsea operations, workshop, manufacturing, assembly & testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· 
Designing subsea equipment for oil & gas industry from concept phase through releasing it for manufacturing to providing life of field support.

· 
Designing products in accordance with design specifications and engineering standards.

· 
Cooperating within the assigned project team and other cross-functions teams .

· 
Taking responsibility for product documentation required for procurement and fabrication, including:

· 
Product quality requirements

· 
3D models, drawings and layouts of single components, assemblies and systems

· 
Geometry, tolerances and interfaces for the product or system

· 
Verification of design using classical analysis techniques

· 
Test and maintenance documentation

· 
Performing Product Design Reviews.

· 
Managing project in order to deliver the design in compliance with requirements, within baseline dates and budgets.

· 
Providing design input in technical meetings with Customers and Suppliers.

· 
Defining assembly and test requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

· 
BA/MA degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanics, Machine Design, Mechanical Engineering or similar).

· 
2 years' experience in Product Design & Development.

· 
Good communication skills to discuss aspects of the design with stakeholders and lead design reviews.

· 
Ability to work in challenging project environment, problem solving skills, accountability.

· 
Experience in CAD software (creating models, drawings, assemblies).

· 
Knowledge and experience in using GPS (Geometrical Products Specifications) or GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

· 
Knowledge of manufacturing and welding processes.

· 
Fluent English & Polish.
