Job description

The equipment coordinator will interact with the project management team, different operational centers, suppliers and industrial partners. He / She will be responsible for the proper delivery of the equipment for the compliance of the Project installation schedule.

The main responsibilities include:
·  Organizing and coordinating all the activities related to the delivery of equipment required for the installation operations
·  Be in direct contact with the suppliers and coordinate all the areas involved such as : engineers, buyers, inspection, quality
·  Adhering to scheduled and financial objectives
·  Ensuring that the contractual clauses of the project are taken into account
·  Sharing the report with the project manager
·  Taking feedback and improving processes.

You are meant for this role if you have/are:

·  Mechanical engineering degree with 2 years of experience; with at least one year experience in subsea sector
·  Leadership, interpersonal and team skills
·  Fluent English
·  Expertise in computer and office tools
