Responsibilities:
Ā·  Understand and apply all applicable TechnipFMC policies and procedures
Review, draft, negotiate and manage terms and conditions (legal and commercial).
Ā·  Interface with suppliers of varying degrees of sophistication to finalize terms in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Ā·  Provide timely and informed support to key internal stakeholders of all levels, including for Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Commercial & Tenders, and Projects.
Ā·  Contribute to business strategy by proposing and implementing creative solutions that further business objectives while minimizing or mitigating risk.
Ā·  Ensure proper and consistent administration of applicable contracts from cradle to grave.
Ā·  Attend and host meetings (virtual or in-person, internal or external).
Ā·  Establish and maintain exceptional working relationships with counterparts in the Legal & Contracts environment.
Ā·  Guide deviation approvals through the appropriate approval process.
Ā·  Ensure all appropriate stakeholders are advised and all approvals are properly obtained and documented.
Ā·  Participate in or lead, as appropriate, the development and maintenance of relevant Global Supplier Contracting procedures and templates.

Requirements:
Ā·  Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Law, Political Science, Economics or a related field. Applicable Master's degree or Juris Doctorate is preferable.
Ā·  Minimum of 3-5 years experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating and managing contracts, including legal terms and conditions. Experience in the energy industry is preferable. Candidates with a JD require 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Ā·  Good understanding of business operations with the ability to thoroughly, but pragmatically assess risk therein.
Ā·  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Ā·  PC skills including spreadsheet, presentations, word processing, etc.
Ā·  Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
