POSITION PURPOSE:
• Aftermarket Planner will focus on but not limited to the execution of short lead-time items and turnaround times for the customer.
• Demonstrate ability to learn/communicate complex issues and manage relationships to help drive resolution of strategic issues.
• Will have regular communication with Procurement, Planning, Production. Will occasionally need to work with; Logistics, Quality, Inventory, Engineering, Tender Team and Sales. All this communication will resolve around topics that will be driving assigned key strategic customer success.
• The employee will be responsible for facilitating order fulfillment, ensuring the backlog fulfillment is met to the highest extent.
• Inventory management of spare parts will be critical; ensuring correct stock levels, order levels, and forecasts are being maintenance correctly and executed against in timely manners.

POSITION DUTIES:
• Will implement processes to best execute the fulfillment of spare parts orders
• Will create or modify SOP's incorporating process changes to current procedures to best suite spare parts.
• Responsible for the executing and completion of spare parts orders
• Responsible for gathering data, generating reports and presentations around spare parts processes.
• Misc. duties will be assigned on an as needed basis to support the aftermarket department.
• Reviews and plans material requirements for upcoming demand and taking necessary actions to ensure its timely flow. Continually monitors available material by reviewing backlog list, on hand balances and other demands.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 years of related experience in planning, purchasing, manufacturing, IBE, or engineering.
• Data Analysis Skills.
• SAP system experience.
• Strong process management Skills.
• Strong PC, Business Systems, Data Management skills required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Introduction in Lean Methodology
• Introduction in SMIQ Methodology
• Measurement Solutions Products training
• SAP Transactions and Reporting
• Basic SharePoint training
• Quality and safety training
• Frequent sitting and operating a computer. Frequent walking and standing.
• A mixture of office and plant environment and will be exposed to noise, dust, fumes, heat and cold as well as heavy machinery. Infrequent overnight and/or air travel may be expected.
