Poste et missions:
Within the Sourcing & Operations Controlling team, your mission will be based on 2 topics : finance and data management.
1. FINANCE
Responsible of Costing process
- Build and animate quarterly Costing process with all Sourcing stakeholders
- Validate quality / reliability of data input into new AGILE system and ensure costing process deadlines are meet with Sourcing Admin
- Publish Actual and Forecast pricing covering one year at Finish Goods and Components levels
- Define and validate Budget / 3YP costing at FG and components level
- Build proper tool to consolidation Tracker for New Product Cost and ensure consistency with Component Forecast
Sourcing Performance Measurement
- Develop and publish KPI for Sourcing Performance Measurement (PMV by Commodity, Suppliers, Buyers, RBC...)
- Track and measure Product cost evolution against Budget / Bid / Management Commitment / Prior Forecast
- Follow New Products cost evolution and measure performance of Sourcing Team within development phase
Support Sourcing & Finance organization
- Participate to implementation of AGILE PLM (Costing Module and associated new featuring)
- Build demands with Finance / Program organization to be used in RFQ
- Identify opportunities to automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Follow rebates calculation with Finance
2. DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING DEVELOPMENT
- Ability to facilitate information and business requirements gathering: meet with internal customers to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements
- Develop reportings utilizing various sources of data : BW, BO, SAP, AGILE…
- Abilities to write and troubleshoot new and existing reporting queries within the Sourcing Controlling team
Profil:
We are looking for a candidate with a Master Degree with a double competency in Finance and Data Management :
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to manipulate large databases and numbers of information coming from several sources
- Experience with business intelligence tools, techniques and technologies
- AGILE, SAP, Power BI, BO & BW will be a plus
- Show confidence in work relationships with IT and to work on building processes
- Strongly Finance oriented (first experience with or within Finance department really appreciated)
- English Mandatory
