Job-description

As member of the sales coordinators pool, you have to ensure the flow of information on a daily basis within the sales team and with the markets, with a focus on Latin America and the Carribean countries.
Main tasks will include:

Support the Regional Sales Manager & Brand Manager in the assigned territories
Support the markets in their daily business
Ensure communication on Product, Retail, Marketing and Corporate strategy
Monitor and follow up on orders (watches and POS material)
Provide Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Analysis (Sell out, POS reporting etc…)
Ensure the launch of new collections in the markets
Supervise visual implementation of collections in the markets (availability of POS & Advertising material, control marketing/media plans and reports)
Control Direct Marketing Expenses
Collaborate with logistics and invoicing departments to assure deliveries
Support in organizing trainings for markets of the assigned region
Reporting and Support on Travel Retail Business
Support in B2B projects and replacement during absences

Your profile

Autonomous and responsible, in this position your flexibility, attention to detail and organisational skills will be called upon. In liaising directly with Clients, your extraordinary customer service and communication skills will also be a great asset.

Professional requirements

You bring a commercial background (employé de commerce / Kaufffrau-man) with previous experience in a similar position in sales, ideally in an international environment. With your dynamic and communicative personality, you enjoy working with numbers and know how to deal with fast-paced, ever changing priorities. Advances skills in Excel are mandatory.

Language Skills

You must be fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) and have good knowledge of German and/or French.
