Job-description

• Analyse Corporate Customer Service Reporting needs and propose solutions
• Develop Reporting Solutions using the Swatch Group Standard Tools
• Contribute to the daily checks of the BI Systems
• Cooperate with competence centers and all business people involved in BI projects and CS projects
• Project Management of different Customer Service related projects for our subsidiaries

Your profile

• University or high education degree in information technology or information management, or equivalent
• Good communication skills in an international environment
• Ability to understand complex business processes within international organizations
• Service and customer orientation, team worker, self-motivated and open minded

Professional requirements

• Previous experience in Business Analysis
• Competencies in SAP Business objects
• Knowledge in Microsoft BI tools is an asset

Language Skills

• French and English fluent, any additional language is an asset
