At Swarovski we are looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn Marketing Operations Intern who is willing to work with us in our day to day business.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Marketing Operations Intern you will be working on trade, visual merchandising, PR and media activities for our Brand in the Benelux and Scandinavian region. Your role has a broad scope, supporting the Brand & Visual Identity of the Swarovski masterbrand. You will also be in contact with internal business units plus external partners such as agencies, partners, etc. In detail you will be working on tasks such as: managing samples for fashion shoots; support in developing and maintaining marketing collateral, presentations and other marketing related materials; assisting with marketing- campaign execution/ events/ advertising and the needed follow up such as reporting and analysis.

WHAT WE EXPECT

We are looking for a proactive, independent and eager-to-learn Marketing Operations Intern that has good organizational, problem solving and project management skills. Furthermore has the ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast paced environment with an exceptional attention to detail. Communication is key at Swarovski and as a global brand we require a good level of English and Dutch both written and oral (French is a plus). Furthermore we find experience in PowerPoint, Word and Excel of high importance. The internship is located at our Head Office in Amsterdam, right next to the Amsterdam Central Station. Your Swarovski experience will take off in July or the latest September 2017 and we see that you join us for a minimum of 5 months and for a minimum of 32 hours per week. You must be enrolled in a university/ higher education institution in a subject relevant to the internship (e.g. International Marketing, Communication and Marketing, etc)
