WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

An attractive work place at your Consumer Goods Business (CGB) and Finance and Administration (F&A) Headquarters with about 500 employees. In this position you will be managing the technical development of new and existing shop components and report to Head of Retail Architecture. You will be working in an international and multicultural environment.
Your main duties will be following but not limited to:
- Developing shop fixtures for complete shop concepts, partial projects or individual components from a technical point of view;
- Maintaining the technical documentation of the existing shop concepts to support the global rollout of the stores.
- Initiating further development and technical improvement of existing fixtures and elements;
- Quality Assurance of products and suppliers;
- Developing technical guidelines, manuals, quality guidelines and calls for tender;
- Contributing actively to the Retail Architecture strategy with a strong focus on overall cost and quality.
- Frequent international travelling is required.

WHAT WE EXPECT

A motivated, proactive and highly organized player, who brings along the following background:

1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in shop fixture manufacturing or/and shop fitting

Apprenticeship qualifications in wood technology or civil engineering

Passion for quality, design, cost efficiency

Ability to have the overall picture whilst giving attention to details;

Excellent team player with a ‘can-do' attitude

Results orientation, driven by business goals

Fluent in English and German
