At Swarovski we are looking for a passionate Business Performance Analyst Intern who is willing to work with us in our day to day business.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Business Performance Analyst Intern you will support the Sales Team by analyzing the Business Performance and by giving quantitative and qualitative input to improve Sell in and Sell out growth and new business development.

In detail you will be working on:

- Analysis of new market opportunities and competitive landscape with a focus on the Nordics region;
- Monthly analytics of the wholesale turnover performance at customer level for Benelux and Nordics region;
- Review and definition of current order process and flows account clusters and related service levels and investigate other areas to achieve operational excellence;
- New product category development;
- Participation to Sales Roadshow and Events, etc.

WHAT WE EXPECT

We are looking for a proactive, social and brand minded Business Performance Analyst Intern that has good analytics and organizational skills, has the ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast paced environment with an exceptional attention to detail. Communication is key at Swarovski and as a global brand we find it important that you have a good level of English both written and oral. Furthermore we find experience in PowerPoint, Word and Excel of high importance. The internship is located at our Head Office in Amsterdam, right next to the Amsterdam Central Station. Your Swarovski experience will be for a minimum of 4 months and for a minimum of 32 hours per week. You must be enrolled in a university/ higher education institution in a subject relevant to the internship (e.g. International Business, Business Administration, Retail Management, etc).
