Who are we looking for?

Qualification needed


- Graduated from a HR School or a business School with specialization in HR

-1+ year of experience working in an HR related role
-Fluent in English
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-High attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills
-Understanding of confidentiality and employee data privacy requirements
-Able to work in teams and independently
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software
-Personal abilities: proactive, reliable, analytical
-Able to manage several tasks at the same time

Specific Request

·  The French International Internship Programme is open to:  French people between 18-28, who have fulfilled their national service obligations;
·  Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (which includes the 27 Member States of the European Union and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and Monaco, who have fulfilled the national service obligations in their State of residence.

What will you be doing?

Job Description

·  HR operational missions in support of HRD for the perimeter UAE: staffing & onboarding, staffing, administrative management in collaboration with the Shared Service Center
·  HR projects: harmonization of HR processes in the BA, support for HR development (training, people review, annual and mid-year performance review, deployment of engagement survey action plans), ad hoc support on topics "Compensation & Benefits" (salary review process, grading etc.)
