Role Summary/Purpose

Perform the daily operations of manufacturing shop floor with the guidance of employees.

Essential Responsibilities

Work with permanent employees to get on the job training of activities done in the shop floor
Work safely as per Employee health and safety policies and operational procedures of the company
Perform 5s activities to keep respective work station free from abnormalities
Perform jobs as per work instructions with the guidance of employees

Qualifications / Requirements

Industrial training institute (ITI) from any of the recognised/ accredited institution.

Desired Characteristics

Apprenticeship completed in any reputed industry
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge on equipment/machines/industry
One-year experience in any manufacturing company
