Description :

Responsibilities

-prepare effective project work plans, accurate project budgets, and co-ordinate equipment preparation for drinking water, municipal wastewater and industrial wastewater pilot studies

-travel to Clients' sites throughout North America and occasionally overseas to commission pilot equipment and train Clients on the operation of the pilot equipment

-optimize the pilot's performance to meet and exceed the Client's objectives

-collect and interpret pilot data to compile accurate and informative internal and external reports

-provide timely in-house equipment and process support to Clients

-travel to Clients' sites for decommissioning and site support as needed

Education

-B.Sc. (Engineering or other) or college diploma with water treatment experience

Experience/Requirements

-knowledge of basic and advanced drinking water and wastewater treatment concepts and processes with 2 years experience preferred

-minimum 2 year practical experience with mechanical and/or electrical equipment with water treatment experience being preferred

-proficient in standard computer software programs (MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerpoint, MSOutlook)

-fluency in English (written and verbal) required, French consider an asset

-ability to travel within Canada and the USA required, ability to travel to other countries considered an asset

-ability to perform light manual tasks on-site including lifting and using hand and power tools
