Description :

Scope

On time material requirement calculation for the assigned SUEZ product portfolio (UF/MBR, F&M, RO/ED, AI) to fulfill customer orders on time. The following activities are guidelines others can be part of the job scope

Required education and experience

Essential

·  Bachelor or university degree;
·  Fluent English and fluent Hungarian communication skills oral and written;
·  Microsoft Office self-confident user;
·  Minimum 1 year of working experience in Supply Chain areas (Production, Customer Service, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics)
·  ERP system knowledge – Baan, SAP, MFG Pro stc.
·  Affinity to use digital approach in day-to-day work;
·  Self-confident, reliable, accurate; has sense for urgency, able to work with fixed deadlines and in changing environment;
·  Open personality; having good communication skills and problem-solving attitude;
·  Customer focused
·  Passionate, having the interest in working within teams

Desired Characteristics

·  French knowledge
·  Project management experience

Tasks and responsibilities

·  Based on the production schedule and inventory on hand calculate the material requirement to ensure continuous on time raw material availability on the assigned production/inventory area.
·  Issue purchase requisitions based on the MRP calculation.
·  Follow-up of purchase orders, schedule shipments on inbound materials partnering with Sourcing.
·  Keep contact with suppliers on short lead time materials, and scheduled daily shipments. Prepare schedules for daily inbound shipments.
·  Keep up information flow with the warehouse about the expected shipments and quantities.
·  Regular and accurate feedback on the customer's order fulfillment to the Production Scheduler and Finished good planners.
·  Ensure continuous material flow and material scheduling between inhouse locations and rented-out warehouses.
·  Ensure continuous material flow and material scheduling for subcontracted items.
·  Involvement in inventory counts
·  Ad hoc and regular inventory, material scheduling related reporting
·  Involvement in office digitization projects
·  Product knowledge of the assigned portfolio
·  Involvement in BOM changes, and Slow moving materials aging analysis
