What will you be doing?

Are you a recent graduate?  Are you looking to work for a business with a global presence?  Are you ready to grow?We are looking for a diverse range of talented graduates to join our 18 month European Graduate Program starting in September 2019 to deliver on real, meaningful business priorities.

 

What will you be doing? 

·  Develop & implementation of maintenance plans – focus on EM equipment:
·  Identification and management of critical spares
·  Reliability assessment
·  Definition of maintenance levels (1, 2, ..)
·  Technical support to corrective maintenance: breakdown analysis, define improvement actions
·  Coaching and feedback sessions with coach and mentor
·  Develop maintenance instructions for complex equipment

·  Set up follow-up templates and KPI in coordination with NEU Technical Leader & NEU Fulfillment

·  Interaction with EU fulfillment and NEU Technical Leader, Operations and Maintenance Performance Managers.

·  Focus on 1 or 2 LT contracts first, amongst other Ecoflow platform (NL- Son)

·  Customer interaction and meetings potentially

·  Participate to short missions abroad potentially.
