Who are we looking for?
· Master degree in Industrial engineering with option Maintenance management or minimum 3 year of experience in the field of maintenance (Maintenance manager Assistant, Planner).
· Excellent knowledge and understanding of a Maintenance organization.
· Experience in project management to monitor implementation in different organizations.
· Affinity in the field of software solutions (ERP, CMMS, EAM SAP PM) is an advantage.
· You are client and solution focused, you have good communication skills, you can work autonomously, and you have an analytical mind.
· You are native in Dutch and fluent in English. You have a basic practice of French.
· Your missions will cover our site in Belgium, the Netherlands & Germany so travelling should not be an issue.
What will you be doing?
You will play an active role in the various action plans for the implementation of industrialization of our sites in BeNeDeLux.
You will have to coordinate with the other Industrialization projects within the Asset Management & Performance team, apply the definition of standards and lead the performance monitoring standardization workshops.
After an intensive training on SAP PM you will be the Key Contact to help and support the Plant, in the Industrial transformation.
Your tasks will be amongst others :
Roll Out on Site:
· Collect technical information from the sites (list of equipment, spare parts, maintenance plan).
· Compare current practices on site with manufacturer and supplier documents (as built documents) and being able to make an inventory of what is missing in terms of good practices.
· Establish maintenance plans, etc.
· Supervise the encoding of data in the import files with the team members on site.
· Assist and support the Sites in encoding if necessary… (Preparation of the import files before import in SAP PM EAM).
Project management:
· Training & support of key users in the pre-project phase to carry it out.
· Follow-up Preparation, GO Live and After Go Live! Based on the evaluation of the project. (Lean approach & Continuous improvement).
PLC, Scada & Condition monitoring:
· Creation of counters (linear, values, status), according to the data and equipment of the sites.
· Definition and review of the limit parameters to be followed for the establishment of automatic orders (service requests and work orders).
· Propose improvements to maintenance plans, frequencies and occurrence of interventions.
