What will you be doing?

Le service et le contexte : l'objectif est de comprendre le contexte du service et du recrutement. S'agit-il d'un remplacement, d'une création, quels sont les enjeux, quel est le profil des autres collaborateurs du service ? cette analyse doit se faire en prenant en compte les orientations stratégiques de la BL/BU

Le poste et les missions :la localisation du poste ? les missions inhérentes à la fonction, quelles sont les interactions hiérarchiques/fonctionnelles avec le poste ?

Les perspectives d'évolution : quelles sont les perceptives d'évolution ?
