Job description

HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for\r
water and wastewater treatment systems.
Experience of Programming of Allen Bradley PLC, HMI SCADA System is a Must\r
(ControlLogix, RSLogix5000, Factory Talk View-Machine Edition or Site\r
and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design\r
guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and\r
engineering best practices guides.
in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively\r
seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
and follow contract and customer specifications
to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator\r
and equipment safety in mind.
budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project\r
managers in timely manner.

addition (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration,\r
Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis\r
Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)
in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as\r
with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle\r
including bids, design reviews and factory testing
internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater\r
business and independently drive to closure
travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.
