INTERNSHIP - Salesforce CRM Project Officer

Commercial Coordination team is looking for an intern CRM Project Officer to develop and deploy a bespoke Saleforce.com CRM for more than 600 users within the SUEZ International Division.

In that way, your main missions are :
· To follow-up and coordinate the global project with stakeholders : interns actors such IT Department and external actors (IT partners/ integrator);
· To collaborate with the other divisions within SUEZ in other to implement mutual processes and to foster the deployment of the platform;
· To communicate and to inform the entities of the International Division regarding all the evolutions of the project through presentations and background notes;
· To prepare trainings and to advocate for change.

This internship provides you the opportunity to be involved in a major project within a small team and expose you to various actors in an international company.

The internship takes place at the SUEZ International headquarter (Tour CB21 – Subway Esplanade de la Défense) in La Défense (92).

Profil recherché

-You are involved in a Master degree in a Business School or a University equivalent academic level. A major in Business/ Marketing is a plus.
-You are interested in Project Management, Business issues, Marketing and IT;
-You have a strong work capacity and able to show motivation and implication;
-You are curious, you have written communication skills, analysis and synthesis;
-You handle main IT tools;
-You are able to work in an international and matrix organization, thus you are fluent in English (speaking, writing).
