Main Responsibilities:
· Identify, promote and integrate digital systems and tools, where appropriate, to improve the efficiency of the ES Services Business and differentiate from the competition;
· Define new solutions for customers, by working with operations services and sales teams, to add new value to the WTS business and for our customers. This may include energy, water and environmental efficiency as well as cost saving initiatives;
· Play a key role in developing a global strategy for the improvement of existing water and wastewater processes within the ES Services Business;
· Co-ordinate activity closely with the French Operational Support to identify needs and assistance as and when necessary with technical issues.
· From time to time, be instrumental in the resolution of technical issues arising from the Global ES Services Business;
· Driving best practice and learning from technical literature and experience within Suez to ensure the ES Services Business is world class;
· Ensure best practice is captured centrally and accessible to ES Services people;
· Gain an understanding of the North American ES Services Business and ensure best practice is in place in EU and NAM;
· Understanding and promoting a campaign of awareness for operational excellence within Suez's WTS Global Business;
· Co-ordinate with technical experts within the Global Business Function, CMS and other parts of ES to identify key areas of expertise, promote knowledge and access to solutions/best practice.

Qualifications :

Qualifications required to do this role:
·  Graduate Chemical/Process Engineer

Experience required to do this role:
·  Knowledge of Operations and Maintenance Services
·  Reasonable understanding of chemical treatment processes
·  Basic understanding of digital systems
·  Relevant industry experience
