As a Senior/ Process Engineer, your job purpose is to enhance the robustness and efficiency of the manufacturing process. Through systematic troubleshooting, effective preventive maintenance and driving Continuous Improvement Projects, you enhance equipment efficiency to achieve best in class in manufacturing quality and cost.

You will be involved in:

·  Maintaining and supporting day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
·  Ensuring smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists and Production Supervisors to achieve the overall committed targets.
·  Providing cross functional/cross-department/cross-fab support & coverage based on need & priority.
·  Training of new Engineers & imparting technical knowledge to them.

 

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have :

·  A Bachelor’s  Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics/Applied Physics, Materials Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering studies
·  Minimally 2 years of relevant working experience
·  Willing to work in dynamic environment
·  Good technical skills including : problem solving , SPC, data mining & analysis,   FMEA, provide technical solution, preventive action.
·  Good interpersonal skills,
·  Good in communication and presentation skills
