Job description

Technology Development :

·  Contributes to new technological block and new devices development through :
·  Parametric test analysis & test program setup
·  Participation to silicon trial definition & new process recipe validation in collaboration with process integration team
·  Support request and follow-up for TCAD, electrical & physical charac,TEG structure definition (specification, layout validation)
·  Interface with model team (specification, model request)
·  Evaluates & assess the technical risks
·  Proposes improvements to characterization or test methods, or proposes new methods
·  Helps to build or to optimize techno platform : new device introduction, device performance enhancement
·  Proposes transversal solutions that could be deployed on others technology platform

Transversal Management : Leadership for device module animation, working group & taskforce

·  Organizes job of different teams with different objectives  without hierarchic link
·  Drives working group or task forces with expert and multi organization people (multi-site)
·  Interface with product division : product engineering (EWS), design team, QA

Project Management :

·  Participation to key delivery DK, Model, WLR, PG
·  Follows project adherence of the qualification plan
·  Produces regularly summaries for division status, managerial meetings and operational reviews
