Job description

As Product Quality Assurance, the applicant will be the reference and interface with Asian customers (including key customers like Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi) for the activity related Quality Assurance and customer complaints for Analog Custom Product division. He/She will ensure a direct communication channel with customers and sales area in relation to the quality subjects and for data and information exchange, in order to satisfy timely customer needs guaranteeing a high professional level service. He/she will be the bridge within SHZ FA team and FAE, FQS and customer making sure that a proper, timely and coherent communication is always guaranteed. He/she will collect all results of customer complaints analysis and will redact consequent report for the case analysed.

The applicant is expected to also be in direct link with AMS Analog Europe HQ Q&R while keeping a high level of independency and proactivity. He/She will have to make sure that customer strategy is continuously followed and product issues are well communicated to technical teams.

The job may require frequent overseas transfer for training and alignment (Europe) and also requires short notice availability to onsite visits at customer premises (mainly along China/Asia).

 

Profile

The applicant should have a technical master degree (Electronic Eng. Preferred) and previous experience in QA field. He/she should have very good communication skills and used to manage challenging environment. He/she should be a good team worker with rigorous approach, problem solver with knowledge of main techniques (8D, why-why, ishikawa, .. ). He/she should be Chinese mother tongue with very good English language level.
