Job description
· To ensure that the change requested will be executed in WSO efficiently; making sure that the tool release, product initial run, and quality related changes will be done in the specified time required which helps in the achievement of volume, helps in cost reduction, and scrap or non-conformance related issues.
· To ensure the improvement of the system/procedure/ execution to adapt to the new changes without any compromise to the quality.
· To develop all changes in WSO (fab & ews) requested by engineers through manual execution, EBF, CCER, & eMAX delay systems
· To collaborate with other teams & execute PCRs with the required specific change for the project (PCR Procedure alignment, Improvement of PCR systems…..)
· To create Sanity Check – prepare the criteria needed (information to check & conditions for programming) for each type of PCR and collaborate with DIT
· To perform Testing – collaborate with DIT when there are new items to be used: platform/system for execution, reflection script, APF forms, sanity checks
· To create and update Training Material – create and update materials based on the current requirement in PCR execution and deployment of new changes to the team
· To create Weekly Report – consolidate data related to execution (cycle time, rework, etc..) and create a report and close follow up on the failing indicators to ensure zero mistake
· To perform PCR Registration – check & entertain engineers queries regarding the forms that they need to use, depending on the type of change in the PCR
Profile
· Candidates that best fit for this role should have Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering.
· Minimum years of experience needed are 2-5
· Nice to have good interpersonal skill due to the nature of the job. This team need to work with all Fab personnel including Production, Process, IE, Planning
· Good command of English
· Good to have advanced knowledge in Microsoft office- Especially Excel
· Good listening skills and willing to help the team to match their expectations
