MDG AP commercial marketing M/F
1. Co-ordinate the MDG AP channel biz management ( distributors and VARs ) at the scale of 600M$+ in Y2019 with product marketing and sales team for significant YoY growth for years. 25 channels + 10 VARs contributed 30,000+ new registration from 3,000 active devices including STM32. Ensure MDG AP Channel goals deployed from the corporate, region, and departments and define/enforce the policies to protect long term and profitable business growth. Coach the team member to achieve the given goals through her strengths and assist to maximize her potentials for the success of the team. Handle escalations from all business contacts and find solutions and build up sustainable process. Provide accurate and solid forecast to division for capacity planning.
2. Deploy high quality in supply chain to enable the revenue growth of mostly MMS group covering 3 product Divisions with completely different natures. Involve market research, competition benchmark, industry analysis, and work with internal/ external stakeholders to align our own strategies to achieve the business visions. Work closely with distributors (through which 80% of MMS billing is achieved) to stay attractive to promote ST MMS products as to win new business and increase market share while protecting margin. Directly work with key perimeters: Distributor margin, stock rotation, inventory turns and incentive programs
3. Enabler for cross-fertilization of MMS Asia Pacific's best practices and processes to benefit other BU/Departments in the fields of mass-market growth, SADA management, Marcom program, promotion scheme, export control, logistic monitoring, biz report management, etc...
4. Manage daily operations: Monitoring channel stock transfer and auditing stock movement. Cancellation and Reschedule validations. Quarterly special return and Windfall program launching. Monthly stock rotation accrual. Incentive and promotion scheme deployment and agreement preparation. Standard margin analysis. Supply chain management in distribution. Business forecast and allocation within the region.
Biz Experience of channel management with multiple local and international distributors for semiconductor products
Overall Supply chain management experience and knowledge is required
