Job description

1. Validate & compile the shipping documents (Invoice & Packing list) provided by shippers/suppliers for raw materials.

2.  Validate & compile the billing summary from STS system for Finished goods.

3. Input all required data/information into dedicated Customs system to complete all import/export Customs declaration.

4. Documents archiving for all supporting documents to be aligned with AEO requirement.

Profile

1. Obtained CET 4 or above.

2. Excellent skill of English writing and reading.

3. 2 years or above experience on Customs import/export declaration.

4. Working experience in FFTZ or in a multi-national manufacturing company is preferred
