 POSTING PRESENTATION:

The HR apprentice for MDG Group will work on several missions as :
• Participation to the definition of the schools/ universities list in France & WW, where MDG will find their future Talents cf. the required skills (IoT, IA, RF, etc..)

• Helping the MDG migration to new Intranet (Chrome)
• Consolidation and reporting of HR data

• Creation of a MDG on boarding tool kit (intranet, email, videos, visits..) and the follow up of MDG internal communication related to HR
• Launch of some Training materials for managers about MDG HR best practices (HR processes, remote working, home office, etc.)
• Help  to develop & exchange good HR practices between MDG sites
• Follow up on Employee Survey Action plans for each sites/ division

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    - Master Degree (preparation) Human Resources

- Good interpersonal skills and good written and oral communication
- Initiative, autonomy
- Curiosity in learning
- English very good written and oral
- Self-confidence and leadership
- Neat presentation
- First experience an intern in an HR department
·   4 - Bachelor degree
·   Less than 2 years
