Job Description

We're searching for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team and supercharge our social media presence. This multifaceted role will encompass social media management, lead qualification, and in-app user support – all to fuel our ongoing growth.

Here's what you'll do:
- Craft engaging content and spark conversations on LinkedIn and Instagram. Become a social media ninja, actively following, commenting, and liking relevant posts.

- Identify and qualify potential coach and influencer leads, feeding them into our CRM. - - Provide friendly and informative support to users directly within the Supertalk app.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for social media and building online communities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and user support.

Preferred Experience

Bonus points for:
- Experience with social media management tools.

- Knowledge of the business coaching or influencer space.
