Job Description

At Greenly, we know that our ability to scale is our ability to make an impact. With this in mind, we are looking for a Product Operations Manager to help us optimise product-led growth

In close collaboration with our Product and Delivery teams you will be in charge of streamlining operations and feeding the product roadmap to help us drive our scalability and gross margin upwards

· 
Operations & Processes Management :

·  Participate in process design and optimisation efforts.
·  Defining key metrics & results to scale Greenly’s delivery operations.
· 
Product Roadmap Management :

·  Manage delivery roadmaps to ensure continuous progress in productivity & scalability to ensure scalability and gross margin optimisation.
·  Monitor team progress by establishing rituals and analysing performance.
· 
Cross-team alignment :

·  Align teams on product strategy by providing visibility across functions on roadmap, facilitating collaboration, and managing stakeholder expectations.
·  Work with sales / account management team and delivery team to ensure streamline processes and conducting in-depth performance analyses within ops teams.
·  Work with our Climate Expert department to optimise product adoption, identify process improvement opportunities, and enhance customer autonomy by customer tiers and product offerings.
·  Work with the Product Team to identify product features and process improvements to ease delivery flow and improve product scalability.

Preferred Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

· 
Previous experience successfully leading product operations at a scaling company before.

· 
Analytical leadership. You know that data (business insights including engagement and revenue but also customer and market insights) are the light that leads.

· 
Process optimisation. Experience designing and implementing process optimisation initiatives.

· 
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

· 
Proficiency English is crucial, French is a big plus.

· 
Passion for combating climate change
