About

Mithril Security is a deep tech cybersecurity & AI startup developing Confidential AI infrastructure and AI solutions.

Founded in 2021 by three friends, our initial focus has been to create a secure AI infrastructure enabling users to leverage AI with robust privacy guarantees. Our Confidential AI technology has gained recognition among key industry players. Notably, our work has been supported by the OpenAI Cybersecurity Grant Program, which funded our R&D efforts to deploy AI models securely in enclaves. Additionally, we are working with the Future of Life Institute on developing hardware-backed AI governance tooling. Mithril Security's innovative approach also caught the attention of the UC Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator, significantly accelerating our growth. Our team, now comprising ten dedicated professionals, has successfully raised $1.4M in Pre-Seed funding with 3 VC investors, including Polytechnique Venture.

Job Description

You will work closely with our cybersecurity team, implementing analytics inside secure environments, deploying on a cluster, and networking. You'll also need to keep abreast of developments in data scientists and AI ecosystem tools.

This role welcomes candidates who may be junior but possess a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly, especially in the realm of Confidential Computing, leveraging the resources provided by Mithril Security. Proficiency in Python and Go is essential, alongside a solid grasp of cybersecurity principles.

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and other cloud stacks is valued.

**Technical environment:

**Our technical environment primarily revolves around Python and includes elements of C++. We utilize CC platforms such as AMD SEV-SNP, Intel TDX, and Hopper 100 GPUs in conjunction with cybersecurity and networking concepts. Azure is our primary hosting platform, and GitHub is our collaboration tool.

Requirements:

·  Candidates must work in person with the cybersécurity team in France in Paris 13th.

You need to speak English (B2+ minimum). French is optional.

Recruitment Process

We start by giving you a take-home assignment to evaluate your ability to learn new concepts fast, solve problems, and your autonomy.

You are expected to set your own timeline for the assignment. Speed in completing tasks is valuable, but the skill of establishing and meeting deadlines is paramount.

Once we receive your assignment, you will interview Laura Yie (with whom the intern will work) and the founders of Mithril Security.

This process can be very fast if you are reactive!
