Tiré du latin « comme chez soi », l’e-commerce Kazidomi est fondé en 2016 par Emna Everard. Son ambition est de rendre les produits sains accessibles à tous en livrant des produits excellents pour la santé à des prix défiants toute concurrence grâce à un système d’abonnement annuel. Alimentation, cosmétique, compléments et produits d’entretien & d’hygiène, l’offre est très variée. puisque le site propose déjà plus de 3000 produits !
Ce projet de start-up a l’ambition de démocratiser l’alimentation saine, et ne cesse de se développer.
Aujourd’hui, l'entreprise compte plus d'une vingtaine de collaborateurs et son ambition est de croître fortement, Kazidomi va agrandir son équipe rapidement.

Descriptif du poste

The internal consultant is responsible for getting Kazidomi to the next level operationnaly. This person is in charge of bringing support to all teams in a transversal way in order to give them support and help them lead projects in order to achieve our growth ambition and improve our quality of service and efficiency.

This will involve amongst other tasks:
1) Leading transversal projects end ot end
2) Implementing new tools internally
3) Helping structure the organization
4) Negotiation with key partners
5) Recruiting of strong profiles
6) Getting hands dirty from time to time

If you are doing a great job in the first months, what are some of the expected outcomes?

·  Optimize order management systems by reviewing technical models
·  Help structure the multi-boutique approach to address our international growth country per country
·  Ensure that all logistics processes can accommodate the growth
·  Set up tracking of supplies inventory
·  Reduce error rate of logistics
·  Implement new accounting system
·  Build the omnichannel strategy
·  Structure the roadmap for fresh products
·  Build plans of automation for logistics
·  Set up the data platform for suppliers

·  Entrepreneurial: likes to create new things, pushy person, doesn't stop at the first roadblock, able to jump into the unknown with little guidance and figure it out, makes sure solutions are used when implemented
