Startup Flow’s mission is to support large organizations and their teams to connect with innovation ecosystems to explore new business territories, find new business models, and make informed decisions about external innovation opportunities.

Startup Flow is a SaaS platform for companies to map, manage and monitor their open innovation projects with startups and partners at scale. The platform helps to consistently orchestrate the right data, the right processes, and the right people involved in the increasing number of open innovation initiatives (corporate venture capital, startup partnerships, R&D projects, etc.).

Some of the world’s leading innovators (HSBC, Nestlé, Capgemini, Bayer, and many others) are using Startup Flow to build innovation portfolios, design operational processes, and generate automatic reporting.

Job Description

As a CEO right hand, you will join a scaling company for a unique intership in terms of ownership and learning curve. Working closely with the Founders, you will help them develop Startup Flow business and scale the team.

Missions

·  Help the founders scale the team & structure the team
·  Help with business development (could include growth hacking, online and offline marketing etc.)
·  Help with partnerships. Alongside the founders, you will source, negotiate and manage partnerships.

Based on your skills and interests, you will be able to tailor your missions and take the lead on other business dev activities : finance, link with investors, recruitment…

Preferred Experience

·  Top tier engineering (or business) school
·  Very autonomous, fast-learner, enthusiastic, team-player
·  Superb communication skills and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French
·  Good understanding of SaaS, APIs and tech ecosystem
