- To build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication.

- Responsible of the Community Management

- Implementation of communication operations.

- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

- Act as point of contact for all queries about the company.

- Support the Director and the Operations Manager in their daily duties.

- Work on special administrative projects as assigned.

- Assist and monitor customers at the showroom.

- Ensure that all products are properly displayed in prime location for best visibility by end consumers.

- Adhere to the advice of the ‘shop/departmental manager/supervisor’ in relation to product display.

- Ensure that all marketing tools are properly displayed.

- Any other cognate duties

Profil recherché

- You have a Bac +4/5 in business school or equivalent curriculum with dominant marketing

- You have a very versatile profile and a creative natural

- You are rigorous, autonomous and reactive

- You don’t mind working independently

- You master the Office Pack perfectly and are comfortable with the computer tools

- You have an entrepreneurial spirit

- Good English & French levels are required
