Internship - Digital Communication (H/F) - IKCS

- Plan, execute and monitor, in coordination with the Head of Marketing, Social media, web, email and CRM campaigns (in French and English)
- Design, build and maintain an online and social media presence and strategy
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Write branded content (news. Blogposts, articles, case studies, etc) and brainstorm new and creative marketing strategies to increase the client’s brand awareness and visibility
- Coordinate with external teams (ie. web-development and creative agencies) to create and update website/social media contents and design
- Collaborate with internal client’s teams based in Europe and Mauritius to align the digital marketing actions on the client global strategy
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Participate in the business development of the company by following-up with new prospects and planning Digital marketing offers and pricing
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Profil recherché

- You have a bachelor degree in communication and digital strategy or equivalent
- You speak English fluently
- You have proven editorial skills
- You have an excellent digital and social media culture
- You have a spirit of synthesis
- You have a perfect knowledge of web tools, social tools and measurement tools.
- You are serious and autonomous
